La pequeña y mediana empresa informática europea ha ganado esta batalla, pero la directiva podría todavía ser aprobada en el Consejo Agrícola de enero o el de competividad de marzo. Espero que la presidencia luxemburguesa se comporte de un modo menos vergonzoso y no ceda a las exigencias de las empresas estadounidenses y las oficinas de patentes.
